    Reservation Process & Payment Terms

    If you are interested to purchase a unit from this development project, you will need to:

    1. Complete a Booking Form
    2. Pay a Booking Fee of HKD 25,000
    3. Pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price and sign Deposit Agreement within 14 days of reservation
    4. By 31 March 2018 pay 10% of the purchase price and sign the Sale & Purchase contract
    5. By 30 September 2018 pay 10% of the purchase price
    6. By 31 March 2019 pay 10% of the purchase price
    7. By 30 September 2019 pay 10% of the purchase price
    8. Within 14 days from Handover Notice (estimated by 30 June 2020) pay 45% of the purchase price and 2% Maintenance Fee
    9. Within 14 days from Notice of Pink Book (Ownership Certificate) provide the remaining 5%
