UK continues to be a favorite among investors in Hong Kong. Golden Emperor hosted a ‘UK Manchester Property Investment Seminar’ the past weekend. We partnered with Lendlease, and launched Potato Wharf, a collection of canalside apartments in Manchester, each with an allocated parking space included. This upscale residence is a 15-minute walk from Manchester’s top spots, including Spinningfields CBD, Deansgate, and the HS2 Hub at Piccadilly. A big group of investors joined us over the weekend and many chose their preferred choice units.
