    If you are interested to purchase a unit from this development project, you will need to:

    1. Complete a Booking Form
    2. Pay a Booking Fee of HKD 25,000
    3. Pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price Within 7 days from Booking
    4. Sign Deposit Agreement within 14 days of reservation
    5. Open bank account in Vietnam & pay 10% to Developer and Sign Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) in Vietnam by 30th Novemeber 2018
    6. Pay 15% to Developer within 31th March 2019
    7. Pay 15% to Developer within 31th June 2019
    8. Within 14 days from Handover Notice provide the 45% to developer in June 2020
    9. Within 14 days from Notice of Pink Book (Ownership Certificate) provide the remaining 5%
