    3. Pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price and sign Deposit Agreement within 7 days of reservation
    4. Pay 20% of the purchase price and sign the Sale & Purchase contract
    5. 3rd Installment: Within 90 days from 2nd Installment - Pay 20% to Developer
    6. 4th Installment: Within 90 days from 3rd Installment - Pay 20% to Developer
    7. 5th Installment: Within 90 days from 4th Installment - Pay 15% to Developer
